With this letter, we would like to inform you of our decision to evaluate SYM brand motorcycles within the scope of the product safety campaign.

Within the scope of continuous quality controls carried out by our production center, 2 (two) non-conformities were detected in your MIO 50 model SYM brand motorcycle produced in 2019.
The USB charging socket on your motorcycle must be removed and canceled because it affects electromagnetic compatibility; in addition, since your vehicle identification label is not in compliance with the legislation, the label in the under-seat luggage section must be removed and a new label in compliance with the legislation must be installed instead.

Therefore, it has been decided to carry out corrective action on the relevant vehicles imported by our company. The relevant service instructions have been sent to all our authorized services. In this context, we kindly request that you make an appointment and take your motorcycle to the nearest authorized service for the planned repair activity. The correction process will be completed within 30 (thirty) minutes. If you do not allow the inspection and repair processes to be performed, we would like to emphasize that all risks will be borne by you and we kindly request your attention to this matter.
